How to open the file
Excel (Windows/Mac): Double-click the file. If asked, choose Open with Excel.
Google Sheets (any device): Go to drive.google.com → New → File upload, pick the file, then Open in Google Sheets.
Apple Numbers (Mac/iPad/iPhone): Open Numbers, tap + → Import, select the file.
If it doesn’t open automatically: Right-click the file → Open With → choose Excel/Numbers.
Optional: After opening, you can Save As an Excel or Numbers file for future edits.
